A bald eagle dying

A bald eagle flies directly into an asphalt surface that resembles a high school track. Remarkably she doesn’t die immediately, but is mortally injured. She is very nice. I can’t find a phone to call 911 to save her and when I finally do call, no one comes. I try to get someone to drive her to the hospital, but apparently the wait would be too long. She’s an athlete of some sort, but lower class, I’m told, so she’s actually not very important anyways. She drags herself around the blacktop, dying while everyone goes on with their business.
